The villa is located just outside of Malmantile, a small town on the outskirts of Florence, Tuscany. All the necessary conveniences are found here, supermarkets, banks, stores, the train station, etc. There is a bus stop next to the villa. Malmantile is conveniently located to explore all of Tuscany. After discovering all the splendors of nearby tourist attractions such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca, escape the crowds and chaos to the serenity of the small town.
