From the living room 2 sets of double windows open onto the very typical Italian style gardens with lemon trees, hedges and fountain. The ground floor has a large open living area with arches dividing the dining and sitting area. The house is adorned with stylish furnishings. A few steps lead to the large double bedroom on the first floor and bathroom.

The 12m high ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors and large windows that open onto the grand Renaissance garden characterize the house.
You can either enjoy Al Fresco dining or relax in your private garden area. This property is very quiet and private. There is a large in ground swimming pool (12x6m) set amongst the olive trees and is shared with the other guests.

From here, it is just 20mins to Montecatini.40 mins to Pisa / Lucca / Siena/ Bologna. 60 mins to Forte Dei Marmi/ Volterra/ San Gimignano/ Arezzo etc.

There is Wi-Fi connection and the access is available from certain hotspots on the property. We cannot guarantee wireless access inside the villa as the walls are made of thick stone and sometimes you may need to move around to get access.
